01

Company

A single, accountable counterpart in Bangladesh

Cube Apparels is a merchandising and sourcing firm built for one purpose: giving international buyers reliable access to Bangladesh's garment manufacturing base without the overhead of managing it themselves.

We act as your production office in Dhaka. Our merchandising team handles factory selection, price negotiation, material sourcing, sample development and daily production follow-up — reporting to you in your time zone, in your format, against your calendar. Every order is assigned a dedicated merchandiser who remains your single point of contact from techpack to shipment.

Our sourcing philosophy is simple: work only with partner factories we have audited ourselves, document everything, and never let a buyer discover a problem before we do.

Buyer-side representation

We negotiate on your behalf, not the factory's. Our commercial interest is aligned with your landed cost and delivery date.

Responsible production

Ethical sourcing and workplace standards are qualifying criteria for our factory network — not marketing language.

Transparent reporting

Weekly WIP reports, inspection records and shipment documents delivered on a fixed schedule, every order.

Quality & Compliance

Documented control at every stage

Quality is not an inspection at the end of the line — it is a protocol that begins before fabric is cut. Every Cube Apparels order runs through the same five-gate control sequence.

  1. Pre-production review

Techpack verification, approved trim cards, and pre-production meetings with factory QA before cutting is authorized.

  2. Material verification

Fabric inspection on arrival — shade continuity, shrinkage, GSM and construction checked against approved standards before issue to the line.

  3. Inline & midline inspection

Our own QA staff inspect on the line during production, with defects logged, root-caused and corrected while there is still time to act.

  4. Final random inspection

Statistical random sampling of finished, packed goods against the approved sample and full measurement specification prior to release.

  5. Shipment audit trail

Inspection reports, packing lists and export documents compiled into a single order file — retained and available to the buyer at any time.

Responsible Supply Chain

  • Partner factories qualified through structural, fire and electrical safety review
  • Social compliance monitoring — working hours, fair wages, and freely chosen employment
  • No unauthorized subcontracting; production runs only in disclosed, audited facilities
  • Environmental practices reviewed for wet processing and effluent management

Transparency Commitment

  • Full disclosure of production facility identity and location for every order
  • Third-party audit and testing arranged on buyer request, at any stage
  • Traceability documentation from yarn or fabric source through to shipment

Factory profiles, audit summaries and inspection report samples are available on request under NDA. Request documentation →
